Hi all, We are a couple moving to East Bay area in October for my new employment. My work location is in Livermore. I am looking for feedback on which cities to consider for living. I do not drive and looking for places close to public transport (BART/Wheels) and grocery stores. I am currently thinking of Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore. I need your inputs on the following queries.
(1) Is it better to opt for a short-term rental for 1-2 months initially and then look for a better place.
(2) Any other cities that I missed in my earlier list.
(3) What are the best websites to search for rentals. Is craiglist ‘the’ best resource?
(4) Are there any places available from October for 1-2 month rental for a couple.
(5) what is the average rent, can I find a 1 bedroom flat within $1600/month.

Instructor Priya Vasudevan currently teaches Bombay Jam for adults through The City of San Ramon. She is looking forward to expanding her class offerings to Bollywood Dance for kids this coming Fall.

Do your kids love to move to the beat of the music? Participants will have fun while learning Bollywood dance styles, all while getting healthy and developing a lifelong habit of exercising. In addition to Bollywood Dance, we will also incorporate Classical Indian Dance steps. Be it staying in touch with your own culture or exploring a new culture, this class will give your kids plenty to learn and exhibit. Moves will be low impact, age appropriate, easy to learn and be filled with fun. Participant’s confidence, stage presence and social skills will improve with class culminating with a small performance for friends and family.

Emory Tate is an American International Master of chess. His FIDE rating is 2322 on the rating list, making him the 277th highest-rated player in the United States. Tate has earned a reputation as a creative and dangerous tactician on the U.S. chess circuit, where he has won about 80 tournament game against Grandmasters. Tate won the United states Armed Forces Championship five times. He is one of the highest-rated chess players.

We offer an after school pick-up and tutoring service for the Pleasanton/Dublin. Kids are picked up from school, provided with healthy snacks/meals, helped with any HW, provided with tutoring (specific areas: writing, reading comprehension, math, history, and general science), and will also have the opportunity to go swimming. We are small family nurture center, so we only have room for 4 more kids.
Are hours are M-F, till 6:30pm.
A CPR Certified facility, operator has over 10 years of tutoring experience.
