Moving In San Ramon looking for School and Apartment search

Hello friends, i am moving in San Ramon area on 2nd Feb along with family (2 kids one in 1st Grade and other one in 6th Grade) and looking for some help to decide on following

  1. Apartment Community with lots of Indians? which one to pick based on accessibility of elementary and middle school as I heard kids have to be dropped off and picked up as there’s no bus facility in the area
  2. What are the good schools elementary & middle and what is the procedure to get them transferred in those schools as we are moving in from New Jersey
  3. What is the best commuting option to travel to Montgomery St San Francisco?. if BART is your advise then is there enough parking space to park the car daily at the station?

Any help or suggestions/guidance in this matter is really appreciated.
Thanks in Advance
Anu

Moving to San Ramon, need suggestions about apartments

Hello All, Hope everyone is having a great day. I will be moving to San Ramon from New Hampshire in a few weeks along with my wife for work. I am looking to rent a 1 BR apartment in San Ramon. Could you please give me some suggestions. I have seen some apartments online (Promontory view, Canyon creek, Crow canyon, Bel air). Also,  I had some general questions about the area – internet provider, car rental options in the area, bus service options (I will be working in Bishop Ranch). Thanks in advance!

New in California – need advise on aptmts, schools and daycare

Hi All, I’m new to trivalley area and to California too. Looking for some advice on good preK public schools or Montessori schools for my 3.5 year old and  daycare for 1 year old.
Any advice on rental apartments that would be convenient to commute to BART and schools/daycare would also be helpful.
Thanks
Rash

New to tri-valley – how is the life for kids?

Hello, I am a mom with 2 kids moving from Greater Boston. I would like to know the life of kids in California (espl. tri-valley) – with so many Indian families and kids and great weather, do kids get a chance to play outside everyday – Can I see communities where kids are outside playing? I really miss that here in my community here. I am wondering how is life for the  kids there? Are they constantly in shuttle between classes – How do the after school program look like – it is mostly enrichment and less play? If someone  can give me a perspective it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
