Hello, Hope everyone got into the routine with the new school year
If you are looking for extra math help for your kids or need additional challenge.Then this is the right place.
We have few more spots available in our after school MPM Classroom in Windemere at Lotus Learning Center.
For those who are new to MPM, MPM is a well-sequenced math program designed around the concepts of Multi-Process and Multi-Model mathematics for K to 6-grade students. It helps students to develop their skills in problem solving and independent logical thinking.
The program is in-line with Common core mathematics and also with the Eureka Math,which the SRVUSD adopted this year.

Alameda County Math Tournament
Alameda County Math Tournament is a competition offered to middle schoolers on October 30th under the guidance of National Math Olympiads organization-MOEMS. Questions are similar to year-around MOEMS contests offered by the same organization. It has a format consisting of individual round, team round and a tie-breaker round that is more fun for students.
We offer a small group coaching class for this and similar contests and an opportunity to take part in this contest. This is good alternative for students who do not qualify for school MOEMS teams. It is also a good preparation class for those taking part in school MOEMS teams as well.

Literacy Academy for Middle and High School
Dr. Jyothi Bathina has a Ph.D. in English, is a professor of education at California State University, and is the English Department Chair at the highly reputable and rigorous Quarry Lane School in Dublin. Dr. Bathina has been teaching for over a decade and has published five books and several articles on literacy and critical thinking in the top academic journals. She has presented nationally and internationally regarding effective education practices.
Beginning this fall, Dr. Bathina will be offering small group sessions for middle and high school students. Students will practice content a literacy, becoming highly effective readers, writers and thinkers in every academic subject. Students will also engage in critical thinking activities so that they can effortlessly navigate the world of school, and conquer the challenges of university admission and higher education.
Reading: By working in groups, students become skilled at decoding, comprehending, discussing and analyzing text.
Writing: Students will practice various forms of academic writing and implement their knowledge to write their own books and become published authors over the course of the academic year.

Hello, We are from Fremont, looking to buy a house either in San Ramon or Dublin. We have two boys. Our older one is 4th grader and the younger is a 5 yr old autistic child who would go to special need kindergarten in the fall 2016. He needs OT, Speech. Noetic Learning Spring 2016 National Math Contest
