Emory Tate is an American International Master of chess. His FIDE rating is 2322 on the rating list, making him the 277th highest-rated player in the United States. Tate has earned a reputation as a creative and dangerous tactician on the U.S. chess circuit, where he has won about 80 tournament game against Grandmasters. Tate won the United states Armed Forces Championship five times. He is one of the highest-rated chess players.

We are small family nurture center, so we only have room for 4 more kids.

She both lived in and later out and took care of my twins for 1.5 years until we decided they needed more socialization.  She took care of them from nearly 1 year old to 2.5 years old.  She did their laundry, cooking, bathed them, took them to classes, played and sang with them, taught them ABC’s and 123’s.  Other housework/cooking may be negotiable.
