General Yoga Classes for Ladies – Tone and Strengthen Muscles

Namaste, I am a certified Yoga Therapist and have just moved back to Pleasanton from Bangalore. I have been teaching Yoga for the past 8 years.
I’m planning to start therapy classes for treating Diabetes, Stress reduction , Infertility, Prenatal etc.
On Oct.14th, I’m starting a new batch for ladies who are interested in toning up, lose abdominal fat and strengthen muscles. Regular hatha yoga practice has been proven to achieve these safely. Each class will have Asana practice, Praanayaama exercises and Meditation.

  • Course is for 15 classes (6 weeks)
  • Starting: Oct. 14th
  • The timings : Mon / Wed / Fri at 11am – 12.15 pm.

  4. Hi , Iam interested . Can you provide any contact numbers too ? Is this hot yoga ( like Bikram Yoga) .Can you you also provide the fee structure ? So you have any trial classes ?
