Dear ones, I am Sowmya Kadaveru. I am Art of Living Happiness program and Yoga instructor. Many of you heard of Art of Living or Happiness Program or someone recommended to learn Sudharshan Kriya recently or long back ago. However, we did not get chance to do program and learn powerful breathing techniques.
