The Art of Living Happiness Program

Present moment is not linear, it is spherical. It is both vast and deep.  When you go deep in meditation, you experience this, and you realize that everything is in this moment only. – Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
The Art of Living Happiness Program teaches practical tools and techniques that boost mindfulness by making it easy for us to live in the present moment. Come, join us the weekend of October 6-8 and make it your own experience!
