If you are looking to rent a 2 Bed 2 Bath apt in Dublin/Pleasanton, you can consider this option that will let you rent it $2350. Here is how it works
1. Go to Amador lakes apartments in Dublin, CA
2. Apply for a 2 bed 2 bath apt as you would do normally. Just ask for the particular floor plan and unit number that I provide. You can get those details from me
3. You will owe $2550 as rent for that apt
4. I will pay $2400 towards first month rent. This brings the rent down to $2350 ($200 savings per month if you are signing a 12 month lease)
5. Straight forward option
6. If you are looking for a shorter lease period, you can do a lease transfer of my lease which is there till Nov ’17

Hi all, Looking to move to pleasanton area and have shortlisted few apts which will have a decent Indian population.
park hacienda, hacienda commons, eaves pleasanton. IF there are more apartments around that area please do suggest. I want to know if there are classes conducted in the apt itself, since all these are pretty big apts. reviews about the school also needed. Donlon and Fairlands elementary school.
