1. Go to Amador lakes apartments in Dublin, CA
2. Apply for a 2 bed 2 bath apt as you would do normally. Just ask for the particular floor plan and unit number that I provide. You can get those details from me
3. You will owe $2550 as rent for that apt
4. I will pay $2400 towards first month rent. This brings the rent down to $2350 ($200 savings per month if you are signing a 12 month lease)
