Parveen Aunty has been my nanny for the past 3 years, and I strongly recommend her. She has brought up my son since he was 2 months old, and has exhibited the kind of patience, love and tenderness one would expect from an aunt or grandma, rather than a nanny. Besides taking exemplary care of my son’s every need, she has had fresh food waiting for us every day that she has been with us. This has been without exception, regardless of whether she wasn’t feeling well, or if my son was having a difficult day. She has incredible time management skills, and I applaud her for that. I am not sure how I could have brought up him at all if it wasn’t for her!

I am only reluctantly letting her go since we have moved away, and my son is going to preschool full-time. I’m seeking an experienced Nanny to take care of two toddlers, a 1 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. Must have previous Nanny experience taking care of toddlers. Must have own travel to and from my residence. Due to the long-term commitment needed I am not interested in hiring any students. Please do not reply if you are a student. Beginning rate is $11 but willing to negotiate if you have ample experience and excellent references. I need the right person to take care of my two fun children, play with them, prepare their meals, serve them meals and snacks and most importantly have fun. I do not need you to clean, cook or any other household duties. I live in Pleasanton. We are a south-indian family looking for a part-time nanny to help take care of our newborn baby girl.
We also need some household help. We live in livermore. We are looking for someone to come to our house daily in the morning for 4 – 5 hours (at around 8-9 AM up until 1-2 PM).
Duties include the following:
1) Taking care of the baby (feeding,diaper change,bathing…..)
2) Cooking / chopping veggies etc.
3) Laundry (twice a week)

We are looking for an after school nanny for our 3-year-old son.
Work: (1) Picking our son from school at 12 p.m. The school is located around 100 yards from our home and about 2 minutes by car. (2) Bringing him home + feeding him lunch. (3) Reading, engaging his interest in toys and books, taking him to a nearby park to burn his energy and enable him to nap (4) Engaging him in conversations (he is not much of a talker), he could greatly benefit from 1:1 communication. (5) Tidying up after him when he makes a mess. Teaching him to tidy up after himself. No housework needed (6) Encouraging napping in afternoons.
* We discourage TV time for young kids. Preference given to those who love reading to kids.
* Locals from Dublin/Pleasanton/Livermore/San Ramon areas preferred due to time-sensitivity of after-school pick ups.
* Any experience in Child Development is strongly preferred.

We are Gujarati/Tamil vegetarian family with 3 kids(14-7), looking for a live-in nanny to help with childcare (before/after-school) and light household help. Our last live-in nanny stayed with us for 11 years and is considered a part of the family.
Driving with a good safety record would be big plus. We are open to a married couple too and are located within walking distance to a bus stop, libraries and few miles away from train (BART) station.

Looking for a full time nanny for our 5 month old baby starting Feb 1. Here are some preferences from our side –

  • Timings: 9am – 5:30pm, but we can be flexible on them
  • Hindi or English as spoken languages will be good to have
  • Light cooking (for 2 adults) and light cleaning of the baby’s playing areas.
  • Someone who can drive will be good, but we can possibly pick up and drop off in the Dublin/Pleasanton area as well

We will treat you with respect and as our family member! Great pay and allowances. Day cares and at-home services can contact as well, although we will prefer the nanny comes over to our house.
