Namaste,It’s time to start a healthy, Prana-filled Yoga Practice. Take your first class free! You will have more energy, lose weight, tone the abdominal muscles, develop strength, reduce stress and improve flexibility.Classes are taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist. The class size is small, attention to safe alignment and personalized instruction. Spots are open in:
