Global Software Resources is looking to hire a Receptionist/Front Office Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 year’s experience. This is an entry level position for someone who is willing to learn a variety of skills within our HR and Accounting Departments. It is an excellent opportunity for eager, motivated professionals who are interested in a stable position on a full time basis.
Required Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients/guests into the office in a professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them or taking messages
- Filing, mail preparation and distribution.
- Assisting the Accounting and HR department with various projects.
- Managing daily Administration related tasks.
- Managing office and break room supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Provide administrative assistant support for the executive team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Assist Sales and Recruiting departments as required.
- Ability to work effectively with co-workers and accomplish tasks within given deadlines
- Must be experienced with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
