Nanny share with 3 year old boy and a Star nanny

Our son is almost 3 years old, and has been with our wonderful nanny for close to 2 years now. We’re in Castro Valley. We’ve been thinking about a nanny share situation with one other kid of a similar age. We want to do this sometime later in the year when the pandemic has subsided, perhaps around October 2021. I am writing this post this early just to see the level of interest from the community.
We couldn’t have asked for a better nanny than her (we have been through 3 nannies before and interviewed more). She has formal education in early childhood development. She not only loves kids as her own, but also teaches our son with very well planned activities, educational apparatus etc, while applying what she has learnt in her classes.
As of now, my husband and I are both vaccinated with the first dose and I work from home. We are extremely COVID conscious, wear masks all times outside the house, haven’t been meeting people and do our groceries online. Our nanny lives with us.
If you have a child around the age of 3 or 4 and you have been looking for care for a few hours a day or more, let me know and we can get talking on how a share might work out.

We are looking for a nanny for our 20 month old girl in San Ramon (near intersection of Pine valley road and San Ramon valley boulevard). We are 8 minutes from W. Dublin Bart station We prefer someone who –
1) Have their own private transportation
2) Is diligent about social distancing and is taking precautions against COVID-19
3) Has at least 2 years of experience caring for toddlers and can engage them in learning activities
4) Can help out with meal preparation and light housekeeping
5) Is active and can take baby out on a walk .

Nanny Available March 1st

Hello! My son’s nanny is available from March 1st. We live in Dublin and our son is old enough to start school. So, we cannot continue her. She’s very good with babies and does household chores such as cooking, and cleaning. She’s pretty flexible. She can talk Hindi, Punjabi fluently and can understand little English. Hi, We’re looking for a nanny for our 4 mo old daughter, starting mid-Feb through end of April. Job would be M-W from 8-5 for the first five weeks, and then M-Th from 8-5 and F from 8-3 for the following six weeks.
My husband and I will be working from home the entire time.
Responsibilities include:
Development/key milestones: play gym, reading, tummy time
Enforcing nap schedule, helping to nap
Diaper changes
Cleaning toys and play area, baby laundry
Working with mom to keep breastfeeding schedule
Non-smoker, Covid free, adhering to sheltering / social distancing
Has own car and clean record
