About the Founder and Head Teacher
I have been in the Early Childhood field for over 10 years and believe in providing a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for children 2.5 to 6 years of age.
My preschool is inspired by the Montessori Method of teaching where each child works at their own pace and has the freedom to choose the materials they would like to work with on a particular day. Independence comes through freedom of choice and I believe an independent child is a confident child and a confident child is a better learner.
I have over 40 ECE units including the Montessori training as well.
About the Facility:
- My facility is CA State licensed number 013422664.
- I am CPR/Firs Aid certified.
- Year round program.
- I offer full day and part day programs.
- Organic meals snacks provided for both sessions
- Holistic learning experience through yoga, dance, and music ( all included in the tuition)
The Program
The preschool is a mixed age group .
Two's , Preschoolers, and Pre-k/Kindergarten.
All of these age groups will learn through their exploration of the Montessori Language Arts Materials, Math, Practical life (which includes exercises in self care and Grace and Courtesy, and care of the environment), Sensorial, and Cultural(which includes Zoology, Botany, History, and Geography)
