Hi, I am having an Indian nanny for the first time and I want to know what all things I can ask her to do? She is going to be here in April and please let me know if you have annnies or had expereinces with them?

Do you give them duties like Laundry, cooking, cleaning in addition to baby sitting? How should I assign jobs to them? Your reply would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for a nanny on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm for my 2 year old daughter. I need help with bathing her, feeding her, engaging/playing with her when she is awake, help put her to sleep when she wants to nap, and if she is asleep then help with light housework such as dishes, laundry, etc.
