Looking for live in nanny/housekeeper in Pleasanton

South Asian family of four with two boys ages 9 and 5 are looking for a long-term live-in housekeeper and nanny to become part of our family.  Candidates should have solid driving experience, and a clean driving record.  Daily responsibilities during weekdays will include healthy Indian cooking a few times a week, daily light housekeeping including dishes, sweeping floors, and laundry.  Every other weekend, babysitting boys for date night.  Room, board, and stipend provided.  Family is in the process of building out a separate guest house on property where the nanny/housekeeper can stay, which will include their own dedicated bedroom, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchen sink.  Expected number of hours is 30 per week.
Ideal candidates may have raised their own kids in the past, or have interests in studying child psychology or related fields at the college level.  Ability to teach Hindi to kids is also a plus.  Candidates should be proactive, self-directed, and love doing activities with kids (e.g., arts & crafts, lego building, and other activities to keep them off of screens).

We have been fortunate to have a super caring, professional, hard working and talented person as nanny for our baby daughter. She enabled us to focus on our jobs as we knew our daughter was in safe hands. She makes amazing food, is clean, and took care of our daughter as her family. The fact that she was punctual enabled me to catch my BART on time. She quickly became like family for us. Why is she available? Due to Covid19, our employment situation changed and we had to move to Texas. Due to pandemic cant let go out or allow visitors at home for at least 6 months . After 6 months we will give alternate weekend (Fri pm to Sun pm off) .Will be treating her like a family member and expect same from her . Need to take care of newborn , cooking , dishes , kitchen cleaning daily and light dusting on weekends

Responsible, Caring Live-in needed

We are looking for a caring, responsible, active nanny for our 3-month-old. Below are the requirements and timelines
Start: Ideally we first want to start with live out Nanny with hours from 8am-6pm. And then transition to live in a few months later.
Primary care should be for our daughter during the 8am-6pm hours along with help with cooking lunch and light housekeeping if required/free.
When live-in, we would want someone who treats us like family and we would do the same. Hopefully with flexible hours through the week.
We are especially looking for someone who has taken extra precaution during COVID-19 and will continue to take extra care as long as they work with our family
Personal references highly preferred!
