Responsible, Caring Live-in needed

We are looking for a caring, responsible, active nanny for our 3-month-old. Below are the requirements and timelines
Start: Ideally we first want to start with live out Nanny with hours from 8am-6pm. And then transition to live in a few months later.
Primary care should be for our daughter during the 8am-6pm hours along with help with cooking lunch and light housekeeping if required/free.
When live-in, we would want someone who treats us like family and we would do the same. Hopefully with flexible hours through the week.
We are especially looking for someone who has taken extra precaution during COVID-19 and will continue to take extra care as long as they work with our family
Personal references highly preferred!
